Description
In the Airoha Bluetooth audio SDK, there is a possible way to pair Bluetooth audio device without user consent. This could lead to remote escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
An authentication bypass vulnerability has been identified in the Airoha Bluetooth audio SDK, specifically in versions through 5.5.0, as well as in the Airoha AB1561x/AB1562x/AB1563x SDK versions through 3.3.1. This vulnerability allows Bluetooth audio devices to be paired without user consent, potentially leading to unauthorized access and privileges. The issue arises in the Airoha chipsets AB156x, AB157x, AB158x, AB159x series.
