Description
IBM DataStage on Cloud Pak for Data 5.1.2 through 5.3.0 could allow an authenticated user to execute arbitrary commands with normal user privileges on the system due to improper validation of user supplied input through the wrapped command component.
A command injection vulnerability has been identified in IBM DataStage on Cloud Pak for Data, affecting versions 5.1.2 through 5.3.0. This vulnerability allows authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands with normal user privileges. The issue arises from improper validation of user-supplied input in the wrapped command component, which can be exploited to inject and execute malicious commands on the system.
