Description
The RateMyAgent Official plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.0. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the 'rma-settings-wizard'. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to update the plugin's API key via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability exists in the RateMyAgent Official plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 1.4.0. The issue arises from inadequate nonce validation on the 'rma-settings-wizard', allowing unauthenticated attackers to change the plugin's API key by sending a forged request, provided they can persuade a site administrator to click a link.
Users can update to version 1.5.0 or a newer patched version to address this vulnerability.
