Description
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: ufs: core: sysfs: Prevent div by zero Prevent a division by 0 when monitoring is not enabled.
A division by zero vulnerability has been identified in the Linux kernel's UFS (Universal Flash Storage) sysfs interface. This issue arises when performance monitoring is not enabled, leading to a potential denial-of-service condition. The vulnerability is present in the stable Linux kernel versions 6.1.6.1.128-1~deb11u1 and prior to 6.1.6.1.128-1~deb11u1.
Users can upgrade to Linux kernel version 6.1.6.1.128-1~deb11u1 to address this vulnerability.
