Description
In startListeningForDeviceStateChanges, there is a possible Permission Bypass due to a confused deputy. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation.
A vulnerability allowing local elevation of privilege has been identified in Google Pixel devices. This issue arises from a permission bypass caused by a confused deputy in the 'startListeningForDeviceStateChanges' function. Exploitation of this vulnerability does not require additional execution privileges or user interaction.
Users can update their devices to the December 2024 security patch level to address this vulnerability.
