Description
IBM Watson Studio on Cloud Pak for Data 4.0 and 5.0 is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows an authenticated user to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session.
A cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in IBM Watson Studio on Cloud Pak for Data, specifically in versions 4.0 and 5.0. This vulnerability allows authenticated users to inject arbitrary JavaScript into the Web UI, potentially altering functionality and leading to credential disclosure within a trusted session.
Users are advised to upgrade to the latest version of Watson Studio. For those on Cloud Pak for Data 4.8.x or 5.1.x, upgrade to version 5.2.0.
