Description
Fuji Electric Alpha5 SMART is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, which may allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
A stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability has been identified in Fuji Electric Alpha5 SMART servo drive systems, specifically in versions 4.5 and prior. This vulnerability could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the affected system.
Fuji Electric has stated that this vulnerability will not be fixed in Alpha5 SMART. Users are advised to upgrade to Alpha7. For assistance, contact Fuji Electric's support team.
