Description
The CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting due to the use of add_query_arg & remove_query_arg without appropriate escaping on the URL in all versions up to, and including, 1.13.2. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
A reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in the CLUEVO LMS, E-Learning Platform plugin for WordPress, affecting all versions through 1.13.2. The vulnerability arises from the improper handling of query arguments in the URL, which allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary scripts. These scripts can be executed if the attacker successfully convinces a user to click on a manipulated link.
No known patch is available. Users are advised to uninstall the affected plugin and consider a replacement.
