Description
The Website Contact Form With File Upload plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the 'upload_file()' function in versions up to, and including, 1.3.4. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files on the affected sites server which may make remote code execution possible.
A vulnerability allowing arbitrary file uploads has been identified in the WordPress N-Media Website Contact Form With File Upload plugin, specifically in versions through 1.3.4. The issue arises from inadequate file type validation in the 'upload_file()' function, enabling unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files to the affected site's server. This vulnerability could potentially lead to remote code execution.
Users are advised to update the plugin to version 1.4 or later.
